Coach access is created through an invitation. A client signs into their own ApplyArc account, accepts the connection, and can stop sharing at any time. Coaches never need a client's password.
Coach access is read-only
Coaches can review shared job-search progress, but cannot edit or delete applications, change account settings, see billing details, or invite additional people into a client's account.

The Coach workspace is free during beta. Connecting with a coach does not unlock Pro for a job seeker, and adding Coach mode does not increase the coach's personal AI allowance. Coaches can optionally sponsor Pro for an individual client.

What can a career coach see?
A coach can review the applications, progress, deadlines, and activity that a client chooses to share. Billing details and private account settings are not shared.
Can a coach change a client's applications?
No. Coach access is read-only. Coaches cannot edit or delete applications or change a client's account settings.
Does each client need an ApplyArc account?
Yes. The client accepts the invitation through their own ApplyArc account and can end the connection at any time.
